STAGE 1: Consultation and Criteria Definition
Kickstart your property journey with our Invest in Property service, payable upfront for immediate commencement. We begin by delving into your property search criteria through personalised consultations. Together, we'll define what you're looking for, why it matters, when you plan to buy, and the locations of interest.
STAGE 2: Financial Assessment
Next, we conduct a thorough broker lending serviceability assessment to evaluate your borrowing capacity through our partnered finance broker (no obligation). If you have previously completed our Investment Plan (optional), we will review it to ensure its relevance and currency.
STAGE 3: Property Research
Understanding your finance budget and property desires, for new property (off-the-plan, under construction or complete), our team conducts in-depth property research, exploring various options to paint a clear picture of product types, prices, locations, and potential yields. For existing property, initial research is provided, and when the Buyers Agent Agreement is in place, research is completed. (Refer Buyer’s Agent Fees below).
STAGE 4: Property Presentation
Following confirmation of the sought after property criteria for new property (newly completed, under construction or off-the-plan), and mindful due-diligence, carefully negotiated property investment opportunity will be presented to you, along with the property estimated cashflow (PIA software) tailored to your individual circumstances and taxable income (example), for you to make an informed decision. For existing property search, the property estimated cashflow (PIA software) is provided, and property investment opportunities are presented when the Buyer’s Agent Agreement is in place.
STAGE 5: Expression of Interest
Secure the property with an Expression of Interest and initial fee, payable to the vendor (refundable), to remove the property from the market whilst you work through the contract process.
STAGE 6: Access to Professional Network and Ongoing Support
Benefit from access to our extended team of professionals, including finance brokers, conveyancers, property managers, quantity surveyors, insurance brokers, financial planners, and accountants, as required. From acquisition to post-settlement, we will guide you every step of the way, providing comprehensive support to ensure nothing is overlooked, such as timing for engaging property manager for tenant search, obtaining insurance or a quantity surveyor report for depreciation.

Our standard Investing in Property service fee is $990 (incl. GST) — however, this fee is complimentary for clients who have already purchased our Investment Plan.
No buyer’s agent fees – our service is completely free to you, as we’re paid by the developer or builder.
BONUS: Receive a $990 refund (incl. GST) once your property is completed and handed over.

Existing Property in Queensland
Designed for investors and homebuyers who want access to established opportunities with strong potential.
Our initial Investing in Property service fee is $990 (incl. GST) — however, this fee is complimentary for clients who have already purchased our Investment Plan.
Flat success fee: $12,000 + GST – only due when your contract becomes unconditional.
BONUS: A $990 refund (incl. GST) when the contract is unconditional and fees are paid.

We highly value honesty, integrity and independence when delivering our services. If we honestly believe that we are unable to genuinely help you, which is determined on our Discovery Call, we will let you know before any monies are paid.
If our recommended finance brokers are unable to assist you in securing finance for your first property purchase through us, we will refund you $990 including GST. This refund applies provided that:
You actively engage in the finance process and supply necessary documentation in a timely manner; and
Your purchase does not proceed within 12 months of engagement due to finance being unavailable through no fault of your own.
We reserve the right to assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis where delays are caused by changes in financial circumstances, investment strategy, or inactivity.
If you complete the Investment Plan and wish to proceed with the Investing in Property service, this is Complimentary for you.
For all purchasers of property, you will receive a refund for $990 including GST, on the terms listed above under Buyer’s Agent Fees.
In your interest, if you do not achieve the contract unconditional stage, we do not receive any payments from third parties, nor will there be any further fees payable by you.
