A Client Service Agreement is provided to engage our services which sets out the T&C’s and can be terminated at any time.

Investing in Property for
(a) newly completed, under construction or of-the-plan property, a non-binding Authority to Proceed email suffices; or
(b) existing property, a Services Agreement and in QLD Form 6 are executed. 

Always working in your interest, if you do not proceed with a Property purchase, no further monies change hands.
